Revenue increased 20% year over year, supported by organic growth, strategic acquisitions and continued expansion across the region.

On a consolidated basis, the company reported revenue of US$275 million in the second quarter, a 20% increasecompared to the same period of the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA margin was 39.8%. Reflecting its strong first-half performance, Evertec also raised its full-year 2026 outlook.

“We delivered a strong second quarter, reflecting organic growth across our business, the contributions from our recent acquisitions, and the continued execution of our strategy. Given our strong first-half performance and outlook for the remainder of the year, we are raising our full-year guidance and remain focused on executing our strategy,” said Mac Schuessler, President & CEO of Evertec.

Latin America remained a significant growth driver during the quarter, with revenue increasing 52% year over year, supported by contributions from recent acquisitions, strong performance in Brazil, continued organic growth across the region, and favorable foreign exchange movements.

The Latin America Payments & Solutions division reported revenue of US$131 million during the quarter. Performance was driven primarily by the Brazilian market and supported by contributions from the Dimensa and Tecnobank acquisitions. Organic growth was fueled by Business Outsourcing Services, licensing and platform revenues, higher transaction volumes across the company’s digital solutions in Brazil, continued strength in payment, software and data solutions across the region, and increased services provided to Puerto Rico.

The acquisitions of Dimensa and a 67% stake in BBChain significantly expanded Evertec’s capabilities across software solutions for financial institutions, blockchain infrastructure, tokenization, and digital assets. Together, these investments broadened the company’s addressable market and reinforced Evertec’s position as one of Latin America’s leading financial technology providers.

Beyond strategic acquisitions, Evertec continued expanding its commercial presence across the region through significant customer wins and strategic partnerships. During the quarter, the company announced a multi-year strategic agreement with Transbank, Chile’s leading payment solutions provider and one of Latin America’s largest acquirers, representing one of the most significant commercial wins in the company’s history. Evertec also announced a new agreement with Clip, one of Mexico’s leading financial ecosystem providers serving nearly one million merchants, marking an important milestone for the company’s acquiring services business in the country.

Evertec also continued leveraging capabilities across its platform to expand into new customer segments and use cases through agreements with Metropistas, as well as large merchants in Puerto Rico, highlighting the value of solutions added through previous strategic investments, including Place to Pay.

In parallel with its portfolio expansion, Evertec continues to increase investments in artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency, accelerate product development, and enhance customer experience. Current initiatives span software development automation, incident management, fraud prevention, and intelligent risk monitoring, with several projects already delivering measurable gains in productivity, quality, and speed of execution. The company expects to capture increasing benefits from these initiatives beginning in 2027.

With approximately US$420 million in available liquidity, Evertec remains well positioned to continue investing in innovation, expand its regional footprint and pursue additional strategic growth opportunities.

Evertec continues to advance its vision of building an increasingly comprehensive one-stop-shop financial technology platform capable of connecting payments, software, banking infrastructure, and emerging technologies in a single ecosystem for financial institutions and enterprises throughout Latin America.
