Closing a year is an opportunity to go beyond results and pause to reflect on the real evolution of our organization, recognizing the cultural advances that marked a turning point in the way we work.

At Evertec, 2025 was a year of intentional decisions that reaffirmed a key conviction: culture is not an abstract concept, but the system that drives and sustains strategy, fuels innovation, and connects people with a shared purpose.

Every initiative, every conversation, and every space for exchange allowed us to reaffirm that organizational evolution is built through conscious decisions that connect purpose, talent, and innovation. This year we learned that organizational evolution happens when culture accompanies strategy, environments are created where people can give their best, and contribute meaningfully to business growth.

One of the most relevant advances was strengthening the connection between our values, mission, and people’s well-being. Well-being ceased to be an isolated component and became naturally integrated into the way we lead, make decisions, and relate to one another. This integration strengthened trust, commitment, and cultural coherence, reaffirming that a healthy organization is the foundation of sustainable, long-term performance.

This approach was tangibly reflected in initiatives that fostered a sense of belonging. Programs such as Valoro Recognition, which generated more than 4,000 recognitions, helped highlight behaviors aligned with our values and build a common language of gratitude and collaboration. Beyond the numbers, the true impact was in how people felt recognized, appreciated, and connected to a shared purpose.

Our commitment to connection and well-being was also reflected in our focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Through the WIN (Women Inspirational Network) community, we created spaces to highlight female leadership and strengthen collaboration. With 11 gatherings, we addressed strategic topics such as technology, adaptive leadership, and well-being, while also promoting networking and inspiring profiles. These initiatives not only enhanced female talent but also consolidated an inclusive culture that drives innovation and growth.

Likewise, in an environment of constant transformation, we discovered that talent development is the best investment for sustainability, and we embraced a culture of continuous learning focused on building critical skills for the future. Through more than 233,511 hours of training and new tools for leaders and teams, we reinforced a mindset of customer service, agility, adaptability, and growth. This approach enhanced skills, fostered adaptability, and supported our teams in their professional growth, strengthening a mindset of constant evolution.

Innovation also played a fundamental role in this journey. The integration of artificial intelligence into internal processes, accompanied by solid governance and training programs that reached more than 4,800 employees, drove new ways of working that are more agile, efficient, and collaborative. Innovation ceased to be perceived as a technological effort and became a cultural capability, where technology amplifies human talent and frees space for strategic thinking and collaboration.

Throughout the year, leadership continued to evolve toward a closer, more empathetic, and conscious model. Clarity, adaptability, and authenticity were reaffirmed as essential elements for leading in dynamic contexts. Leading by example was consolidated as a pillar that strengthens trust and promotes environments where people can fully develop.

Everything we built leaves us with valuable lessons and a solid foundation to move forward with greater clarity toward the challenges ahead. The future belongs to organizations that connect culture, talent, and technology to drive performance with purpose; that balance innovation with humanity; and that create spaces where people and business grow together. Preparing for the future means continuing to strengthen more empathetic leadership, skill-centered cultures, well-being as a performance enabler, and a conscious adoption of new technologies.

2025 showed us that when values are lived, the mission is felt, and culture becomes a real advantage and a driver of transformation. Today we move forward with greater clarity and confidence toward 2026, aware that the cultural evolution we sow today is what will allow us to lead tomorrow’s challenges. The question is: what cultural decisions will organizations make to prepare for the future that is coming?
