Dine Small is a campaign that falls under the Shop Small umbrella, focused on promoting local consumption. Dine Small targets the restaurant industry, accounting for 67% of the Shop Small expenditure.
The impact for Merchants is that they will receive an increase in new and additional card members since they will have a benefit 100% covered by Amex; Merchants only need to have signage in their businesses and accept Amex.
