Meet one of our leaders:
CAROLINA HOYOS, is the Innovation Manager at Evertec. She has over 10 years of experience in e-commerce and has developed her professional career in a male-dominated industry where she has earned her colleagues’ respect for her ability to connect the dots and make things happen.

Carolina is a social communicator with expertise in Management and Innovation. She joined the company 7 years ago to work as a commercial consultant. During this time, she delivered excellent results and was successful developing business with her clients, thus, four years ago, she was asked to lead the innovation team for PlacetoPay in Evertec Medellin, making it an essential element of the organization’s DNA.

We are proud to have women like Carolina, at Evertec, women who demonstrate and ensure that our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion are integrated into our business practices and decisions. This commitment has led us to be recognized and included, for the third time in a row, in Bloomberg’s Gender Equality Index. At Evertec, we believe that diversity in our workforce is our formula for successful innovation.
