<\/b>PATRICIA PARRADO<\/b> is Evertec\u2019s Technology Manager in Bogota.<\/p>\n
Patricia is a Systems Engineer with a specialization in Marketing Management. She has worked at Evertec for 21 years as a Development Engineer, Software Development Manager, Commercial Manager, Marketing Manager, Operations Manager and, for the last 2 years, as Technology Manager.<\/p>\n
Patricia leads the development and certification teams, which consist of about 70 employees, 14% of whom are women. Her experience has been in the electronic payment processing field, in the financial sector, department stores and compensation funds.<\/p>\n
She is passionate about leading work teams and focusing her mind, heart and hands on achieving results.<\/p>\n
She was awarded the Evertec Chairman\u2019s Award in 2016, representing Colombia. This award is given by Evertec to the 10 best employees in the countries where it operates.<\/p>\n
In 2020 she was among the 5 finalists for the Globant Awards given to women who make an impact in technology in Colombia.<\/p>\n
