The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards recognizes Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered outstanding Microsoft-based applications, services, and devices during the past year. Awards were offered in various categories, with honorees chosen from a set of more than 4,200 submitted nominations from more than 100 countries worldwide. Evertec was recognized for providing outstanding solutions and services in Puerto Rico.
The initiatives undertaken by Evertec to reduce fraud exposure within ATH Móvil (“ATHM”), the leading P-to-P (person-to-person) payment service in Puerto Rico, using Risk Center 360 (“RC360”), a fraud prevention and risk management solution offered by Evertec running on Microsoft technology, have been very effective, enabling ATHM and the institutions that offer this solution a quick way to detect, respond and prevent potential fraud, thereby reducing their overall exposure and risk.
